What this site collects directly

garyquigley.co.uk is a single page. It has no sign-up forms, no account system, and currently runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Visiting the site itself does not send us any personal data.

Booking a call

If you book a Snapshot Call through the link on this site, that booking is handled entirely by Calendly (Calendly, LLC), not by this website. Calendly collects your name, email, and any details you enter into the booking form as an independent data controller under its own privacy policy - see calendly.com/privacy. We receive your booking details (name, email, and anything you tell us in the call) as a result of that booking, and we hold them as set out below.

If you email us

If you contact info@peak13.co.uk directly, we'll hold your name, email address, and the content of your message for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and keep a record of the conversation - normally no longer than 6 years, in line with standard UK business record-keeping practice.

Our legal basis for this is legitimate interest: responding to an enquiry you've chosen to send us.

If you become a client

If we're engaged to carry out a STOIC Audit, Embedded Retainer, or Custom Built Software project, we may process further personal data as part of that work - for example, staff or tenant data your business holds. What we process, how, and why is set out in the engagement itself and in our Terms & Conditions. Where we're processing data on your behalf as a data processor, we'll agree the terms of that separately before we begin.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email info@peak13.co.uk. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to keep any personal data we hold secure, and we don't sell or share it with third parties except where needed to provide the Services (for example, a sub-contractor working on a Retainer engagement) or where the law requires it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our services change - for example, if we add analytics in future, this page will be updated to reflect that before any tracking goes live. The current version is always the one published here.

This site does not currently use cookies or analytics of any kind. See our Cookie Policy for detail.
